Utilities, council tax and water all resolve cleanly from the bank data. The mortgage, deeds, title and any warranties do not appear anywhere yet.

Bank of Ireland writes UK mortgages, historically through the Post Office. The counterparty label says cards, which conflicts, so this needs a document rather than an assumption.
The fixed-rate end date is what matters. The payment stepped from £4,085.26 to £4,138.05 at the end of 2025, which is the shape of a product change. If another is coming, it wants six months' notice, not six days'.
Colin Farmer has come back with a reduction for taking the whole job together, split between the Ultimate Rose range and a lower spec. Violaine has asked to see comparable installs in Ladywell first. Running since 12 July, still undecided, no figure in the bank data because nothing has been paid.
