This page tracks costs, prepayment renewal dates and where documents live. It does not
contain, summarise or quote anyone's medical information, and the pipeline is configured not
to extract it.
That is a deliberate constraint rather than a limitation. A hub that both of you open on
your phones is the wrong container for clinical detail, and an index that says
"prescription prepayment renews in March" is the useful part anyway.

One observation
120 pharmacy visits in four years, plus a prepayment certificate
Ladywell Pharmacy alone accounts for 120 payments totalling £1,367.70, and there is an
active NHS prescription prepayment certificate on top. Those two facts sit slightly oddly
together — a PPC is meant to cap prescription costs, so continuing over-the-counter spend at
that level may simply be non-prescription items, or may mean the certificate isn't being
used for everything it could cover.
Worth thirty seconds with a pharmacist rather than any action here.
